Every two years, G+J International Media Sales (G+J i|MS) invites its sales teams and sales representatives, along with its third party publishers, to Hamburg for the G+J i|MS Global Sales Conference.
This June, the participants again exchanged information about the latest marketing topics and editorial news. Editors-in-chief of STERN, BRIGITTE and BARBARA demonstrated to their partners from abroad the importance and strength of the G+J brands in the print and online market.
G+J i|MS Executive Director André Freiheit presented the Premium Programmatic Europe Network, initiated by G+J i|MS. In collaboration with its European partners, it will be making premium digital environments and target groups available throughout Europe in the future. Reports were provided on digital trends and successful innovations in the print market, while sales colleagues and publishers discussed about topics that they are confronted with by agencies and clients alike.
In addition to long-term partner publishers like Prisma Media, G+J Media Netherlands, Egmont or NZZ, representatives of European inflight magazines were also present. They were joined by the newest clients, Admeira from Switzerland and Groupe Cerise from France. In addition to the numerous lectures and exchange events, there were also social highlights, such as a visit to the Hamburg Elbphilharmonie and an enjoyable evening in the “Surfkitchen” restaurant. At the end of the three days, everyone was inspired and looking forward to the next exciting conference in 2019!
