With effect from the middle of 2018, Freia Csokor-Sebesta is new director of the Gruner + Jahr office in Vienna. Simultaneously, the Austrian G+J sales office moves into new quarters in the booming business location “Austria Campus”.
Vienna, 13 June 2018 – On 1 July 2018 Freia Csokor-Sebesta (47) will become new director of the G+J VerlagsgesmbH in Vienna. She succeeds Maria Gepp and is responsible for the publisher’s Austrian magazines and the marketing of the overall G+J i|MS portfolio. After working for the Vienna sales office for the last 35 years, Maria Gepp is leaving the company in the very best mutual agreement. In the future she wants to pursue private interests outside the media sector.
For the last five years Csokor-Sebesta has been successful as International Key Account Manager for the Vienna office. Before that she was Media Account Director at MPG. Her professional career started in 1990 at Publicitas Austria where she advanced from Sales Manager to Sales Director.
On 1 May 2018 Claudia Plesser (43) succeeded Csokor-Sebesta as International Key Account Manager. Her responsibilities include supporting client and agency partners in Austria and South Tyrol. Plesser was formerly active as Account Manager for Falstaff and Woman.

On 1 July 2018 the G+J i|MS office likewise moves to a new location. The new address: 1020 Vienna, Walcherstrasse 11, 7th Floor, Top 71. The new office is located directly next to the centrally-located Austria Campus and is close to many national and international companies.
